Match report Tonight the under 15s pulled off a stunning victory over Arbroath at a busy Victory Park.
Batting first Meigle posted a competitive 95-8, thanks mainly to a composed 47 from Fergus Barron, sharing in a 50+ partnership with Scott Farnington.
In the second innings Meigle bowled with great discipline and fielded to very high standard. The highlights being two run outs from Oliver Nicol, the second a fantastic direct hit to get rid of the dangerous Stewart.
Scott held his nerve in the final over to defend the seven runs required and earn Meigle their first junior win of the season.
