Meigle Cricket Club

Meigle fielded their first ever girls side in the Carlton CC tournament in Edinburgh on Sunday. Although they were not able to record a maiden victory, they acquitted themselves admirably against their far more experienced opposition in all 3 games. Some fine big hitting from Jade taking the team close to victory in their final game. The next scheduled girls tournament is at Doocot in August.
